PVC injection molding technology The Revolution series is quality
manufactured using premium grade PVC Injection molding technology,
resulting in the most durable traffic cones available in the U.S.
market. This patented process gives you the best of both worlds—high
quality products, at a very attractive price.
Quality workmanship
There’s much more to this design than meets the eye. Our Leveling Differential Mechanism
design involves strategically placed cavities inside the base to
provide a stronger foundation, allowing the Revolution cone to absorb
repeated impacts with no damage.
Circle Interlocking System (CIS)
The Circle Interlocking System is based on a patented design,
allowing the two piece cone to work as a single integrated unit. First
the PVC base is produced in a separate mold, then the base
is inserted into the full PVC cone mold and the mold is injected with
fluorescent premium PVC. The PVC
fills the base and cone areas, interlocking as a single inseparable
piece, resulting in a cone that is practically indestructible.
Field tested
The Revolution series was tested by running over it with a fully
loaded 48-foot tractor-trailer (80,000 lbs), with no damage whatsoever.
